Order & Delivery
We offer worldwide shipping on all orders.
Please note that orders outside the Netherlands may incur additional shipping costs.
For deliveries outside the European Union, import duties or local taxes may apply. Please be advised that these charges are determined by your local customs office and will be collected by the postal carrier upon delivery.
Orders placed before 1 PM (Amsterdam time) are shipped the same day. Orders placed after this time will be shipped the next business day.
- Netherlands: Packages usually arrive the following day.
- Europe: Delivery within 5 business days.
- Worldwide: Standard Shipping: 6–30 days, depending on the destination.
You’ll receive a track-and-trace number by email as soon as your order is handed to the carrier. Didn’t receive it? Please check your spam folder or contact us with your order number.
Returns
You can return your order within 30 days of receipt. It is very easy: just send an email to customercare@serego.eu and we will send you the return label including a payment link.
- Return shipping: At your own expense (not reimbursed by SEREGO).
- Personalized items: Not eligible for return.
- Condition: Items must be unused and in original packaging.

Personalized items cannot be returned, as they are made uniquely for you. However, our team is committed to excellent service. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us at customercare@serego.eu and we will review your case to find the best solution.

Momentarily we offer two collections:
- Origin Collection: Crafted from premium vegan leather. Durable, stylish and made to last, it offers a refined travel essential at an accessible level.
- Signature Collection: Made from Italian grape leather, a plant-based material created from the by-products of wine production. Provides a more luxurious and sustainable alternative to traditional (vegan) leather.
Yes, at the moment you can add your initials to all products. We are exploring additional personalization options which will be introduced soon.

Payments
We accept all major payment methods, including iDEAL, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and all major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
Yes, you can pay afterwards with Klarna, available in the Netherlands and selected countries across Europe, The United States, Australia and New Zealand.
